Supervisory Board appoints two new Executive Board members

As CEO of ENGIE Energy Solutions International, Anne-Laure de Chammard [40] is currently responsible for ENGIE's entire Energy Solutions business outside of France, with sales of around EUR 4 billion and 20,000 employees in 20 countries. A French citizen, Anne-Laure, holds master’s degrees in engineering from Ecole Polytechnique and from Ecole des Ponts, and holds a master's degree from Harvard University. She has extensive global management experience in the areas of industrial and energy services, strategy, innovation, research & technology, and was responsible for public-private partnerships at the French Ministry of Energy and the Environment.
Born in India, Vinod Philip [48] has worked in the energy industry for almost 25 years. Prior to his current role, he had held various global management roles within Siemens AG including CTO for the Power & Gas Division and head of the Service Business Unit for Power Generation. He has, comprehensive experience, inter alia, in strategy, energy services, innovation and research & technology. Vinod Philip is an American citizen and holds a master’s degree in Materials Science and a master’s in International Business.

As announced during its May Capital Market Day, the expansion of the Management Board team is associated with an extensive reorganization of Siemens Energy as of October 1st. The new group structure is designed to significantly reduce complexity, create flatter hierarchies, shorten decision-making processes, improve customer interfaces and go-to-market and sharpen accountability within the organization.
