Dr. Robert McAnally will be appointed
Senior Vice President Treasury & Corporate Finance for Siemens Energy
Effective September 1st, 2021, Dr. Robert
McAnally will be appointed Senior Vice President Treasury & Corporate
Finance for Siemens Energy. He will report directly to Chief Financial Officer
Maria Ferraro. Dr. Mark Roemer will leave the company by mutual agreement by
the end of the year and will support the onboarding of his successor in an
advisory role.

Robert joins Siemens Energy from
Associated British Foods plc, a global retail, food, ingredients, and
agriculture business headquartered in London where he was group treasurer. He
has had responsibility for all essential treasury duties, including bank and
rating agency management, credit risk management, interest rates, FX and
commodity risk management, capital structuring and dividends. He also worked
closely with pension as well as insurance managers to devise the pension and
insurance schemes.
